The Slovenian Film Centre and EAVE, an international organisation dedicated to professional training, project development and networking for audiovisual producers, are organising a full-day workshop on Inclusive Production Practices. The workshop will be held in English on 15 October, from 10:00 to 18:00, at the Grand Hotel Portorož in Portorož and will be free of charge for registered participants.
The workshop is primarily aimed at film and audiovisual producers and other film professionals interested in learning how to incorporate principles of equality, inclusion and other ethical practices into production processes.
The workshop will be led by Ethiopian-Canadian filmmaker Tamara Dawit and international co-production expert Jennifer Sabbah-Immagine. The programme will be divided into three masterclasses: Power Positions and Dynamics in Production, Development Through an Inclusion Lens, and Inclusive Production Practices.
Due to the format and quality of the workshop, participation is limited to 25 participants.
